Today the trial was finally held for suspected Death Eater, now proven Death Eater Charlie Harper. Harper had been charged with suspected Dark Activity, use of the Unforgivable curses, attempted murder of the Minister and just plain attempted murder.
Harper pleaded not guilty to all charges. he then screamed loudly and started talking about being buried alive, before screaming he did not know to any questions. When Chief Warlock Gianni Pedrosa said you were born in Manchester, he screamed I DO NOT KNOW several times.
After a while of this the wizengamot cam up to the conclusion that he was confunded or obliviated. Apparently one wizengamot wrote, parranoia, before changing it to large parranoia. Gianni then decided it was time for him to do some first hand interrogation work. However first to prove he had evidence for the crimes he cast prior incantenem onto Charlies wand, this proved he used unforgivable curses. However one lenient wizengamot member said he may have been imperioused and should be under veritaserum as he could not block it should he be imperioused.
This turned out to be true. The veritaserum worked however and he confessed all crimes, however two children Knox Rufus and Dominique both of Ravenclaw were said to have witnessed Charlie being buried alive. They were brough in. They were treated as witnesses and they told the ministry useful information that could lead to the arrest of a female dueling teacher.
Gianni later said they should be awarded special service awards to the Ministry.
They then brought Charlie back in before quickly stentencing him to a lifetime of Azkaban.[/
