A Hearing is to be held on the 7th of January 2011 for suspected former Death Eater Charlie Harper. Harper was captured by the Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement and former Head Auror, now Chief Warlock Gianni Pedrosa on the 29th of December 2010 in the forbidden forest, where he had managed to hide after his raid on the Christmas Ball at Hog hav been turned agawarts.
Charlie is apparently wanted for, attempted murder on the minister, attampted murder on Aurors, use of the unforgivable curses and suspect of dark activity. Gianni says that he was found barely alive six feet under ground, apparently it seems the Death Eaters turned on him, this doesn't mean his punishment will be any less harsh, says Mr Pedrosa. 43.
"He may have been turned against, however he still commited those terrible crimes, it would be a crime itself to let him walk free after ll he has done. He tried to kill the Minister for Gods sake."
Apparently the trial is to be held in courtroom five in front of the whole Wizengamot. The punishments will range from a lifetime in Azkaban or he shall be snetenced to death. Gianni says that should it be death, it will be done behind closed doors.
