Auror Rules and Requirements

Being an Auror means that you need to do certain things. Along with certain things that you shouldn't do. Please follow the below requirements.

*Must be active - inactivity leads to being fired, this will be checked by the Head of MLE, and // or the Head Auror and Deputy Head Auror once he // she accept or decline you.

* Being an Auror measn that you need to be able to duel, and Roleplay, thus when applying, you must include a short scene or skit, showing that you are able to do so. A words per minute is not required, but it will increase // decrease your chances of being accepted. The suggested WPM is 30+. If you have a WPM that is equal to, or higher than this, you may more then likely be accepted if you have the rest of the requirements completed. Anything lower than this will probably get you declined.

* As an Auror, we want to be sure that you are dedicated to your role. So with this, we ask for you not to become a Death Eater on any other character for what ever reason. When we duel against them, we want to be sure that you are going to side with us once this duel is preformed, to increase our chances to win.

* If you are not an Auror, and plan on being one, you will only be accepted if you have an impressive application. No matter how good of a dueler you are, or how fast you can type, you will not be accepted unless you actually mean it, and put effort into your application.

* We encourage you strongly to participate in any Auror or dueling events. This will help you practice, and realize what it means being an Auror. f we have a D.E vs. Auror match, we want you to be apart of it, not only just so we can win much easier, but so you can practice if we do lose. Along with dueling tournaments and events. Please participate and sign up for them. It would make your dueling much much easier, and impressive.

* Practice makes perfect (not really it makes habit). Once we have a duel against the Dark Wizards, we want to be prepared for the duel, and be sure and confident that we are going to win. So, we want you to practice Dueling lines, and spells. Along with memorizing them. Try the pyramid technique. If you don't know what this is, please ask either the Head of Magical Law Enforcements, or the Head Auror, or Deputy Head Auror. Please memorize spells .

*Being an Auror means that you may want to apply for certain traits, and abilities. This will help you extremely well once it comes to dueling, and spying. Such as the non-verbal trait. This allows you to attack someone in a shorter amount of time, and without actualy having to say the spell. This makes dueling easier. And then a trait like, animagus, metamorphmagus, or vampire and lycanthropy. This will help with hand-to-hand combat, and once you don't have a wand. Also, this will help with Auror training that will be coming up soon.

More will be added to this list once they have been though about. READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING. If you are already an Auror, then read this anyways. This is required (or some of it is, some of it is suggested).
