The purpose of the charm is to cut whatever it is cast upon. It can cut a variety of textures and thicknesses. But if the thickness and mass of an object is too immense it wont be possible to cut.

2) How can this be used as an Offensive & Defensive Charm?

This can be used as an offensive charm as if can cause skin to be moderately cut if cast upon humans or animals.

3) What is the incantation of this Charm?

The incantation of this spell is Diffindo. The wand movement is in the direct of which you're cutting for instance left to right. Your wand should shine a dim yellow light which looks almost white when cast correctly.
