Whilst in the Library you must adhere to a strict set of rules, breaking these rules will result in point loss, detention and removal from the Library.
Rules
You must log a book out at the desk before removing it from the library.
You should not interfere with the comfort of other readers, make noise, cause damage to the library property or disfigure or mutilate or mark with ink or pencil a book, or any other library material in any way.
No food or drink is allowed within the library.
You should not rest your feet on tables, chairs, shelves, window sills etc
Contact the Librarian in case of an emergency.
You will refrain from public displays of affection.
Any book not returned or returned late will result in a fine/detention.
Any book returned in any other state than was lent out will result in a fine/detention.
