~ Introduction to Tasseomancy ~
1) Write a 50+ word essay defining Tasseomancy.
2) Write the etymology of the word "Tasseomancy", including the origins.

If you want to try it at home:
Equipment:
- Tea cup
- Saucer/Plate
- Tea Bag
- Tea Spoon
- Milk (optional)
Instructions:
1. Firstly, boil the kettle. Whilst the kettle is boiling, you can place your teabag and pour your milk into your teacup.
2. Once the kettle has boiled, pour the water into the cup and stir with your teaspoon.
3. After stirring, remove the teabag with your teaspoon and place it on the saucer/plate.
4. Drink your tea, leaving dregs at the bottom.
5. Tear open your teabag, and pour the tea within into the tea cup, along with the dregs.
6. Swirl the cup 3 times, covering the top with your hand to avoid it splashing out.
7. Place your saucer/plate on top of the cup firmly, and your cup upside down.
8. Allow the dregs from the teacup to drain into the plate/saucer. Once it has drained, remove your cup from the plate.
9. This is where you interpret your tea; within your cup, the tealeaves should have formed signs/pictures, try to identify these signs, going clockwise around the cup. It may be useful to note down what you identify.
